How can I add/upload users to my feedback community from my existing database?
Go To:
- Login » IdeaScale » My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) » Users
Browse for the excel(.xls) file from your desktop/computer and click on the Bulk Import Users button.

What should be the format for the Excel file?
- The file should be an Excel file (.xls)
- First column should contain the email addresses.
- If the first row is column header then please check the First row is column header box.
