What are weekly IdeaScale Updates?
You can send email updates to all the registered users for your IdeaScale Portal. This way you can keep everybody updated via e-mail with the activity going on your portal even if they do not access the portal. Where can I see more details about Weekly Updates?

You can set up the schedule under:
You can set up Default Email Communication Preference (New Users).
You can select the day for Weekly Email Notification (New Idea Notification). Notifications will be sent at: 10:00 AM PST on the selected day. You can also send the notification manually by clicking on the Send Manual Notification link. |
